TENDER NOTICE

Symbiosis Society intends to carry out Supply of UPS & BATTERIES for all Symbiosis International (Deemed University) Institutes and Campus (i.e. Senapati Bapat Rd, Viman Nagar, Hinjewadi, Lavale, Khadki in Pune, Nashik, Noida, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Nagpur and any other upcoming Institutes and Campuses). For which sealed tenders are invited on item rate basis.

1. The estimated cost of the work done (Electrical Fixtures Supply) worth Rs.65 Lakhs in the current financial year above and avail documents to prove the same. The interested parties may collect the tender forms from the Symbiosis Purchase office Pune 411004. For which the tender fee to be paid in the name of Symbiosis Society in form of D/D.
2. Cost of Tender Forms for Supply of Electrical Fixtures.
   • Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable) in form of Cash / Demand Draft in the name of the Symbiosis Society.     
3. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): 2% of tender cost drawn in form of Demand Draft on client’s name i.e. Symbiosis Society. In absenceof which the tender will be disqualified 
4. Date of issue of tender form: 28-03-2019 to 30-03-2019 till 04.00 pm
5. Last date for submitting the Tender Form: 03-04-2019 till 04.00 pm
6. Opening of Tender: Friday 05-04-2019 at 11 am at Symbiosis Purchase Department following with negotiation meeting.
7. Opening of Tenders will be in the scope of Management Symbiosis Society.
8. Sealed Tenders in two bid system i.e.
   • Part I containing Price bid shall be submitted in covers, super scribing name of the work / purpose.
   • Part II Technical Bid as per annexure.
9. After opening the Technical Bid, the qualified Contractors shall be called for opening of Price Bid for Negotiation & Finalization.
10. Symbiosis Society reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
